Diljit Dosanjh is coming to Ahmedabad now! As part of his ongoing Aura World Tour, the Punjabi singer-actor was entertaining audience with an energetic concert at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium on Saturday, September 12. During the show, Diljit made a rather surprising announcement that left his fans elated. He revealed that he will be performing in Ahmedabad next.

Diljit talked about India’s biggest stadium, the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. He also recalled Coldplay’s successful concert there.

“The biggest stadium is in India- Narendra Modi Stadium. Ek gore group ne waha pe sell out kar diya tha (Coldplay). Respect for them, bohot mubarkan. India mein stadium ho, aur Punjabi udhar na ho, yeh toh phir ho nahi sakta,” Diljit said.

He later confirmed the date for his Ahmedabad concert, telling the Wembley crowd, “We are doing Narendra Modi Stadium on 21 November 2026,” as fans erupted in cheers.

The announcement marks Diljit’s return to Ahmedabad after his successful Dil-Luminati India Tour in 2024. Details about tickets, prices and bookings for the November show are yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Diljit Dosanjh made history at London’s Wembley Stadium on Saturday, becoming the first Punjabi singer to headline the iconic venue. Opening his show with “Punjabi Aa Gaye Wembley Oye!”, Diljit told the packed crowd that the moment would “go down in the history books.” He performed hits including G.O.A.T., Lover, Hass Hass and Born to Shine during the over two-hour concert.

The 90,000-seater venue saw fans from different backgrounds singing and dancing along. Diljit also brought fans on stage, including children and an elderly woman, while interacting with the audience.

The concert ended with Main Hoon Punjabi and a fireworks display.
