Mukesh Chabbra seemingly took a dig at Rohit Roy’s remarks.
Rohit Roy has been hitting headlines ever since he made a controversial remark about television. During a conversation on the Kindle Cast YouTube channel, Rohit said television actors often lack the “carriage” and even commented on the way TV actors dress up, and since then, many have hit back at him. Now, Mukesh Chabbra has indirectly slammed Rohit’s remark.
Without naming anyone, Mukesh Chabbra, while taking to his X account, wrote, “Most of the actors we have found are from television, and I truly believe television actors are amazing. They have an incredible memory, they work every single day, they are extremely professional, they adapt quickly, and they know how to handle the demands of the job. The discipline, dedication, and commitment they bring to their work is something I deeply admire. I love all actors, but I think I have a little extra love for TV actors. Just a thought. Sunday feelings.”

Devoleena Hits Back At Rohit Roy
While slamming Rohit, Devoleena said, “People have a strange habit of biting the hand that feeds them, of poking holes in the very plate they eat from, and his words feel exactly like that. Forget about movies, I honestly don’t even remember which TV series he was in. If I am being honest, most people only know him as Ronit Roy’s brother.”
What Did Rohit Say?
“You see any public appearance of a film actor, you see the carriage with which he or she comes out, especially if they are a star. Of course, everyone puts on a front. We have to put on a front. But their front is graceful, dignified, stylish, cool… There is a certain amount of style, class,” he said.
Comparing this with gatherings attended by television actors, Rohit added, “You see another gathering with lots of TV actors. Look at the way they behave, you will get your answer yourself.”
“Look at the kind of clothing. It’s not like film stars don’t wear revealing clothes, but there is a certain style to it. I don’t know the name of this particular lady who is rampant all over social media, but she hardly wears anything. So why are you… You are going to treat them badly,” he added.
He added, “They are never going to respect you because what are you doing? You are not really doing anything. So I think this is one of the reasons. There are several other reasons also. I feel very few actors on television really know how to speak well to their audiences. Even their make-believe looks make-believe.”
